I'm Rachel, and yes that really is my surname 💎.

I work with non-profits, charities, B Corps and movements - anyone serious about transformative change.

Grounding it all is anti-oppressive and trauma-informed practice. Anti-oppression is the thread running through everything I do. Not as an EDI checklist. Not as a buzzword. It’s in my bones. It’s how I live in the world.

I help you grow, evolve, and make the right choices. Sometimes that means zooming out - to shape vision, strategy, and ideas. Other times it’s getting deep into the nitty gritty - operations, campaign tactics.

I’ve never been able to pick just one of anything (genres of music, genders...) and that fluidity extends to my work too. I love building campaigns and organising people to make change. I also love designing organisations, shifting culture, and doing the essential, often invisible, People and Ops work.

That combination might be unusual in some circles. But it makes me better at all of it. And in my opinion, it's where the magic happens.

I've been doing this work for over 15 years: whether that's as co-Executive Director of NEON, on the frontline of digital campaigning at 38 Degrees, co-founding Na’amod (the Jewish anti-occupation movement), or serving as a trustee at The Advocacy Academy and a progressive synagogue. I've moved between grassroots organising, Westminster and board meetings. I've built campaigns and organisations, and now I'm training as a psychotherapist too - because strategy without an understanding of people is just paperwork.

I am a parent, I am deeply connected to Jewish, queer and feminist community and wisdom, and an East Londoner born and bred. All of this shapes how I work: with integrity, playfulness and care at the centre.
